"Our fuel is our passion to deliver"
Norsefleet is a consulting company that specialises in total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses for fleets of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) as well as cost analysis of service, maintenance, and repairs (SMR). Our main goal is to help our clients determine whether they are getting the most value possible from their supply chain.
We at Norsefleet are aware of how critical effective fleet management is to the success of companies. We work hard to assist our clients' expansion while preserving fleet effectiveness and uptime. Our strategy focuses on developing complete and long-term solutions rather than giving a quick fix.
Our experience has convinced us that a lack of research and data analysis at the front end of a business will ultimately result in inefficiencies and lost earnings later on. This is also quite indicative of the tendering procedure used to acquire new assets.
We specialise in cost analysis and TCO evaluations, we provide our clients with a deep understanding of their fleet expenses and help them make informed decisions. Our goal is to empower businesses to streamline their fleet operations and maximize their return on investment.
We leverage our industry insights and analytical tools to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of each client. Our collaborative approach ensures that we work closely with our clients, understanding their specific goals and objectives to provide customised recommendations.
Partnering with Norsefleet means gaining a trusted advisor committed to enhancing your fleet's performance and cost efficiency. We go beyond surface-level analysis and strive to uncover long-term strategies that will yield sustainable results. Our consultancy services enable businesses to make strategic decisions, strengthen their supply chain, and achieve lasting success in an ever-evolving marketplace.
Continuous Support: Our services extend beyond the procurement or analytical phase. We offer ongoing support to clients, monitoring supplier performance, evaluating contract compliance, and providing recommendations for optimisation. Our goal is to ensure that clients derive maximum value from their procurement decisions throughout the life of the asset.
Procurement & Tender Support
One of our specialties in the procurement contract process is conducting in-depth research and analysis to aid in decision-making. To do this, a variety of factors must be assessed, including supplier qualifications, product quality, pricing strategies, warranty terms, and after-sales support. Our study can be used by clients to better understand the expenses and long-term impacts of various procurement choices.
Total Cost of Ownership Analysis (TCO): One of our primary services is TCO analysis, which involves estimating the overall cost of ownership of an asset over the course of its entire existence. This exhaustive study accounts for ongoing expenses, maintenance costs, potential downtime, disposal costs, and replacement prices in addition to the initial purchase price. We support our clients in the decision-making process.
Service, Maintenance & Repairs Analysis
The SMR of your fleet's vehicles can have a big impact on your fleet's operating expenses and overall profitability. We can give you helpful insights and suggestions to optimise the TCO of your fleet while keeping optimum uptime by carefully reviewing the numerous facets of vehicle service, repairs, and maintenance.
Additionally, our consultancy service is not limited to owned vehicles. We also extend our expertise to clients with contract hire vehicles, ensuring that you derive maximum value from your leasing agreements.
